Reformer

Using adjustable resistance machines, this class is suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. Often used for both fitness and rehabilitation, with a maximum of 8 clients per session.

Matwork

Controlled movements to strengthen the core, improve flexibility, posture, and overall alignment, without the use of machines. Small props are incorporated to provide both support and added challenge.

Private

A tailored one-to-one session designed around your individual goals and needs, with each session building progressively on the last to support your ongoing development.

We pride ourselves on giving you only the best Pilates experience, staying true to the Pilates principles and method. At JazziPilates your safety and progress matters, giving hands on correction and working with you on any goals. We offer a friendly no judgemental enviroment supporting you through every step. All teachers are highly trained and gone through years and hours of training through some of the UKs biggest Pilates organisations. Whether you are a beginner to Pilates or have years of experience, we have a class for you. We limted class to 8 to keep number low and provide that personal attention you deserve.

Meet the Team

Owner and Studio Manager

JAZZI 

Jazzi is a Movement Specialist with a Fully Comprehensive and Master Matwork Pilates teacher qualification certified by Body Control Pilates, with over a decade of experience in teaching. First teaching Matwork and Reformer at boutique gyms in London in 2014 before moving to Hertfordshire and building her own classes and client base. She holds additional qualifications in lower back pain, bone health, hypermobility, pre- and post-natal Pilates, and Pilates for golfers. Having discovered Pilates at 12 as a young dancer, it has supported her throughout her professional dance career, adulthood, and motherhood. She is also part of the education team at Body Control Pilates HQ in London, where she tutors and mentors aspiring new Pilates teachers.
